Oh...I'm confused by the [hbase
docs|https://hbase.apache.org/book.html#hbase.versioning]. Is it valid to
change the Client API in a source compatible way for a major version? For
example:

Admin#createTable(HTableDescriptor) is changed to
Admin#createTable(TableDescriptor)
