For the curious, [Facebook BSD+Patent is now listed in
category-x|https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-x] as a part of
the evaluation in LEGAL-303 (though it looks like at least the RocksDB project
itself has since relicensed to ALv2 / GPLv2).
A similar relicensing request has been made of at least one other FB project so
far (ReactJS). We should make a similar request for other Facebook tech we'd
like to use before pulling it out.
