[~mdrob] fix for hirb.rb looks fine and regarding test it may fail also because
of "hbase" scripts itself for example if JAVA_HOME is not found in env where
test is running, but i think it is OK since this way we also test "hbase"
script for potential issues, we just need to ensure env is setup correctly when
running test.
