Okay, let's get a proof of concept working and then run it by a DISCUSS thread
to make sure folks are okay with it.
I'm comfortable enough in Jenkinsfile to put things together or review.
[~awleblang] you prefer writing a jenkinsfile for this or doing a review?
anyone have an opinion on blocking this behind HBASE-18147 (so we can build on
top of it)?
