[~zhangshibin] totalRequestCount of a RegionServer is "Total number of requests
this RegionServer has answered." from the description . It includes many other
RPC requests that the RS has answered/processed (incl calls like flush,compact,
close/open region etc.) and is not necessarily the sum of read req and write
request. Is the bug something else?
