Can't put small timestamp after delete the column

Hbase run on 4 HRegion + 1 HMaster cluster.

1. Call put to insert some value in column 'fm:a' like:
Put.add('fm', 'a', 1000, 'abc'), here timestamp = 1000.
2. Delete the column 'fm:a'
3. Try to do #1 again.(it doesn't work, but can insert
timestamp=currentTimeMillis)
