[~vrodionov] Could you please describe the problem of the original testing code?
This test is used to find out the potential issues in the async client
implementation stack, locate meta -> locate region -> read from region. That's
why I do splitting, balancing and also meta reassigning. If the test is flakey
then there must be something wrong with the implementation. Or maybe the sleep
time is not enough to make the test stable?
