[~enis], [~stack]. Both of you have worked on ReversedScannerCallable class
before. This change is going to be quite small. I was planning to write a test
for it to verify RpcRetryingCallerWithReadReplicas.getRegionLocations is called
with the correct parameters, however, this method is static and this makes the
verification not trivial.
Do I need to add test to such a small modification?
