Resolution: Fixed
Release Note: Move replication implementation's classes from hbase-client
to hbase-replication package. (was: 1. Remove ReplicationAdmin's peerAdded
method.
2. Update ReplicationAdmin's listReplicationPeers to return a list of
ReplicationPeerDescription.
3. Move replication implementation's classes to hbase-server package.)
Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)
Updated release note. Deleted references to the two functions which were always
marked @VisibleForTesting, and hence don't require one.
