bq. commons-lang and commons-lang3 both have Apache 2.0 license.
I presume this means we weren't already shipping commons-lang3?
Did commons-lang3 bring in any new transitive dependencies?
Does their LICENSE file indicate any non-Apache 2.0 licensed stuff included
within the artifacts?
Does our NOTICE file need to be updated for anything in their NOTICE file?
