Got it. Currently it is hard to simplify the StoreScanner's constructor. Maybe
the different "scan" purpose should be with individual "StoreScanner". For
example, HBASE-17355 introduces an new class *FlushStoreScanner*. That make us
easily understand the usage of various StoreScanner's constructor. Just saying.
That is unrelated to this issue.
