the log output is linked in the table at the end, e.g. [failure in
hbase-server|https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HBASE-Build/8311/artifact/patchprocess/patch-mvninstall-hbase-server.txt].
should start with a command you can use to replicate the problem locally
(after first doing a {{mvn install}} at the top level before the patch)
