One thing may be we can do now for 3.0 is change the name of
KeyValueSerialization and KeyValueSortReducer (and anyother similar class to) -
CellSerializtion, CellSortReducer. I can do that in the next patch.
And all such classes to be marked deprecated in 2.0.
