I reviewed the LICENSE.vm file and it has commons-math3 parts but not the same
as it is present in the 3.6.1 version. Also noticed that the vm file has parts
for commons-math2 and commons-math3 as well. Shall we get rid of v2? Maven
dependenct:tree does not show any reference to commons-math v2.
