Previously, I'm a bit busy. Sorry for my delay .....
[~anoop.hbase] , [~tedyu], If you have some time, could you help to review
the patch.v4.
After patch v4, for task HBASE-18410, its sub-tasks HBASE-18414 &
HBASE-18416 will be resolved automatically. Later, I'll try to fix
HBASE-18411 by diving the FilterList into two sub-classes.
