Hi [~stack], I need to a few clean up on hbase shell about split/merge, and
also I saw the PONR has already removed in AMV2, but it still use PONR this
name, maybe we need to rename the method, that will be enough. I am also trying
to write some test cases about the PONR to see if it really works fine.
