Chia-Ping Tsai commented on HBASE-18645:
----------------------------------------

bq. Until then we could look back in Jenkins job history and find a point when
builds started timing out?
I had tried to find the point in [Jenkins
history|https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HBASE-Build/], but the oldest
build is on 9/8. The end-of-world had already happened.

bq. Would we revert one at a time until clear?
Or revert the commits merged in same week.

> Whats up? Why are tests mostly timing out? When did it start? I can't seem to
> make it happen locally so tough doing a bisect.
