Resolution: Fixed
Hadoop Flags: Incompatible change,Reviewed
Release Note: No longer pass the protobuf request to prePrepareBulkLoad and
preCleanupBulkLoad in BulkLoadObserver as part of our effort to purge protobuf
from our Coprocessor API Interface (if you need to read the Table and
RegionInfo, pull it from the passed in RegionCoprocessorEnvironment
ObserverContext).
Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)
Thanks for the reviews up on rb lads (nice suggestion [~ram_krish] on getting
region and table from env).
