Remove curator-recipes.
Move zk exclude to -framework and -client (probably overkill here somewhere)
Verified manually that hbase-shaded-client jar does not have any unrelocated
guava classes. [~busbey] - do we need to add a test for this in the invariants
check?
Client UT's still pass.
