who broke it fix it. That is the usual practice (unless they are absent, which
is not the case here).
+1 on [~appy] fix.
[~appy] lets work on disabusing you of having to start up a new
HBaseTestingUtility instance per test; lets figure what issues you have that
make you want to do this.
