Unit test report link in not opening (HTTP error 404).
However failed test cases are not relevant, I tried couple of test cases
(TestRecoveredEdits, TestMasterFailover, TestEncryptionKeyRotation,
TestReplicationDisableInactivePeer, TestMasterBalanceThrottling,
TestReplicationChangingPeerRegionservers, TestMasterReplication) and those are
successful locally.
