Mighty [~psomogyi] I'm taking a look but just FYI, it is usually good to give a
summary on what you did in a patch if it is big. For instance did you model
this change on the removals done in HBASE-18453 putting back your new Interface
where HBASE-18453 remove the CompactionRequest class? Thanks sir.
