As i see it, we should leave the comment like "Use CellBuilder to build the
cell" to the xxx#add(Cell), such as {{Put#add(Cell)}} and {{Delete#add(Cell)}}.
Perhaps the comment can keep user away the IA.Private Cell impl. [~stack] WDYT?
