bq. Just remove the preFlushScannerOpen, preCompactScannerOpen and
preStoreScannerOpen methods in RegionObserver.
Remove reason is these methods expose a IA.Private scanner to coprocessor?
Seems now InternalScanner was marked as IA.LimitedPrivate.
