We rely on the non-changed modules having their bits installed already from
pre-patch. I *think* we could update our personality to do such cleaning but
I'm pretty sure it would mean something is wrong with our build.
Oh! I thought of a work around for YETUS-558, presuming just defining
MAVEN_OPTS works. we can define it in the build job's set of args for docker
the same way we do the test exclusion list.
