- Drop unnecessary changes from HMaster
- Drop unnecessary changes from MasterRpcServices
- Drop unwanted changes from ProtobufUtil
- Drop reintroduction of HostAndPort to ServerName
- Move RSGroupInfo from hbase-common to hbase-rsgroup
- Make supportGroupCPs private in MasterCoprocessorHost
