Belated. +1. Nice simplification.
And what is the multi-jdk issue? On branch-1 or before we just both install
jdk7 and jdk8, no other operations I think. But maybe a difference is that we
used to install jdk7 first and then jdk8, if we based on maven:3.5-jdk8 then
jdk7 will come after jdk8. Not sure if this will be an issue. I think we could
have a try? [~mdrob].
