I was hoping to swing back around and pick this up, but if you (or anyone) has
cycles, I won't be upset.
bq. So all these methods will go to ExtendedCell? And so extendedCellBuilder
should be used once a cell from the client enters the system and we may have to
prvoide ways to setTS, setSeqId on those incoming cells.
Yeah, I assume that's what Chia-Ping was thinking. Definitely need to figure
out where these methods should be moved to (for callers we're ok with :P)
