Reid Chan commented on HBASE-18309:
-----------------------------------
A brief description:
# each task(thread) is responsible for one directory
# files, sub directories and directory itself are supposed to be deleted in
each task, return false for partial failures (same as original version
Some discussions, i deletes the sorting part which is not a must and may add
some overhead. WDYT.

> There is only one thread in LogCleaner to clean oldWALs and in our big
> cluster we find this is not enough. The number of files under oldWALs reach
> the max-directory-items limit of HDFS and cause region server crash, so we
> use multi threads for LogCleaner and the crash not happened any more.
