The patch is much larger now as I want to remove all the dependencies of
ZooKeeperWatcher and RecoverableZooKeeper.
Introduce a ZKMetadata to place the appendMetadata and removeMetadata methods
as they will be used by ZKAsyncRegiistry.
Move PATH_SEPARATOR and joinZNode from ZKUtil to ZNodePaths.
Use ClusterConnection.locateRegions in split/compact methods in HBaseAdmin to
avoid reference ZooKeeperWatcher.
