[~stack] Would you be interested in this for branch-2? I'm going to assume yes
unless I hear otherwise, because it is harmless unless enabled with
'-PerrorProne', at which point compilation becomes SLOW but we have all of
these nice additional static analyses (and the ability to add custom ones in
the new hbase-error-prone module). I ran this on branch-2 and the build errored
out and threw up a bunch of useful warnings, things to fix later.
It's a reasonable goal to have releases be error-prone check clean, IMHO. I
intend to fix branch-1 / branch-1.4 for the 1.4.0 release.
