Gotcha. Just used when the table is created the first time -- users who want to
change this would just alter the table after the fact. Good to document :)
bq. Default, 1 year, will allow to keep backup meta and backups for 1 year
Just making sure, the current docs and (I think) code disagree with you. They
read as though it's an unlimited TTL, not one year (looking at
{{BackupRestoreConstants.BACKUP_SYSTEM_TTL_DEFAULT}}). Is that the right one?
