[~appy] ok. Sounds good. i took a look at the zk break-out patch and i see that
it is zk util, watchers, server-side util, minizkcluster, that are in
hbase-zookeeper, stuff the hbase-client can do w/o.
We need release note here though? Overview on the nice cleanup?
