It seems {{TestAcidGuarantees}} exceeds the given timeout 900s. We should
separate the {{TestAcidGuarantees}} by the policy. In my opinion, it can be
addressed in this issue. [~tedyu] I’d like to deal with this issue if you don't
work at it yet.
