{{hbase.client.serverside.retries.multiplier}} - the way it's being used in
code...funny!
One, there's a mixed default of 1 and 10 (3 places each).
For 10, 1 out of 3 use it to multiply, and rest 2 use it to divide and get back
to original value of 35. :D
