The test came in on HBASE-17314 (Limit total buffered size for all replication
sources) and so far has only been committed to branch-1.4 and up.
I am also going to revert HBASE-17314 from branch-1.4. FYI [~busbey]
[~yangzhe1991] It will remain in branch-1 and up.
