We have no test case for {{DisabledWALProvider}}. I add the DisabledWALProvider
to the config of TestFromClientSide3, and then the failure happens.
It seems DisabledWALProvider is not a useless class as [~anoop.hbase]'s
comment. Will dig in asap.
