The author tags warning comes from a change in
./src/main/asciidoc/_chapters/developer.adoc that discusses the rule. The
shellcheck relates to the make_rc.sh changes, but they were committed on other
branches so I assume they are fine. If the make_rc.sh execution for branch-1
produces a good result I will commit this.
