Chia-Ping Tsai updated HBASE-19430:
-----------------------------------
      Resolution: Fixed
    Hadoop Flags: Reviewed
Release Note: All the cells which are used in server side are of
ExtendedCell now.
          Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)

Push the patch to branch-2 and master.

The method {{setTimestamp(byte[])}} exists in the commit as it is used in the
write path. The loop of updating the timestamp of cells will cause a lot of
conversion if we remove the method.

Thanks for all reviews.

> They are introduced by HBASE-11777 and HBASE-12082. Both of them are IA.LP
> and denoted with deprecated. To my way of thinking, we should remove them
> before 2.0 release.
