[~chia7712] This patch only does the replacement for the HBase server project.
I didn't want to make too many modifications across the entire project on my
first HBase ticket. I wasn't even sure if this would be picked up. Please
apply patch and I can work on replacing more in another ticket. Thanks for the
quick responses :)
