TestHBaseFsckTwoRS has to be rewritten. Manipulates the AM directly. Not
allowed anymore. And it needs HBCKv1 verification, not happening in hbase2.
Remove.
TestOfflineMetaRebuildBase is an hbck test. Remove from hbase2.
TestHBaseFsckReplicas is all about running hbck for various replica scenarios.
Needs recast. Removing.
TestOfflineMetaRebuildOverlap does something you can't do anymore -- operating
on an offlined meta.. Need to have master online changing meta now. Removing.
TestHBaseFsckOneRS is an HBCK test. Remove.
Ditto TestOfflineMetaRebuildHole.
Going to just remove these tests.
