Also, see TestMetaWithReplicas in branch-1. Some of the tests in the suite have
been removed in branch-2 because they used hbck. At least the last one, where
hbck was repairing too many replicas looks like something we should integrate
into hbase or redo in any hbck2 (See branch-1 because removed from branch-2).
