And after the change, if hadoop2-compat builds fine against both hadoop2 and 
hadoop3, then:
- we don't need any compat stuff in first place, right? That's non-trivial 
stuff and shouldn't be in code base if not needed.
- can get rid of hbase-hadoop-compat module?
