[~psomogyi] I got the easy one, the log level (smile). Issue on 
ReplicationLogCleaner doing work it shouldn't be doing.

[~reidchan] General question, seems like we have many cleaner threads running 
different policies against a single directory. Is that so? We are chaining 
policies and progressing through dirs in orderly fashion? Thanks.
