I think we can split this issue to several small pieces. For example, remove
the usage of ReplicationStateZKBase for ReplicationTrackerImpl, remove the
usage of ReplicationStateZKBase for ZNodeCleaner, etc.
What do you think [~openinx]? This would make us move faster.I think you can
focus on the ReplicationTracker in this issue first to make the patch smaller
and easy to be ready for committing.
