As of about yesterday, each test class now needs to have a @ClassRule like the
following:
@ClassRule
public static final HBaseClassTestRule CLASS_RULE =
HBaseClassTestRule.forClass(TestMajorCompactionRequest.class);
It makes it so the signalling we get back from SureFire when it steps in to
kill tests because of timeout is more explicit about the problem test (among
other things).
Patch also changed the test names to align with how we usually name tests. We
have an expectation they begin Test*.
