Fix For: 2.0.0, 3.0.0, 1.3.2, 1.5.0, 1.2.7, 1.4.3
since branch-1.1 is EOM, remove the branch-1.1 specific logic from our
Jenkinsfile and delete the Jenkinsfile in branch-1.1 so we'll stop running
nightlies for it.
