- for parallel steps to have their own workspaces, they have to define an
agent and deal with scm stuff
- moved agent to restrict us to Jenkins nodes labeled 'Hadoop' down to the
parallel steps that have to run yetus/tests
- rely on pipeline stashing to avoid having to clone the git repo multiple
times.
- allow the management job and the source tarball checker to run anywhere
