Resolution: Fixed
Release Note: Adds retry to load of incremental hfiles. Pertinent key is
HConstants.HBASE_CLIENT_RETRIES_NUMBER. Default is
HConstants.DEFAULT_HBASE_CLIENT_RETRIES_NUMBER.
