Resolved HBASE-14236 as missing info (I agree w/ Misty that something is not
right).
This leaves three issues; security doc, integration tests doc., and cleanup of
old EOM issues. The former are old issues. The EOM is being addressed
elsewhere. I'm lowering the priority on this issue for BLOCKER to CRITICAL.
